30-day returns
Unopened products in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product value.
Sealed health products
In line with consumer health regulations, we cannot accept opened or unsealed supplements unless the product is faulty or was sent in error.
How to start a return
Email care@nutramora.com with your order number and we will send a returns label and instructions within one working day.
Refund timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five working days of your return arriving with us. Your bank may take a further few days to display it.
